Each summer, a small group of interns becomes part of the team that brings our 13-week circuit to life. And now, applications are open for the 2026 TCHS Summer Internship Program—a hands-on opportunity for students and emerging professionals to gain meaningful experience inside top-level equestrian sport.
Based at Flintfields Horse Park, interns work alongside our staff during FEI North American Youth Championships, Major League Show Jumping, the Longines FEI Jumping World Cup
NAL Qualifier, the American Gold Cup, and more. It’s a rare opportunity to see how national and international competition truly works—from operations and hospitality to communications and sponsorship.
Interns typically focus on one of four areas:
- Marketing & Communications
- Community Relations / Hospitality & Ticketing
- Event Operations
- Sponsorship & Partnerships
We’re looking for motivated individuals who communicate well, stay organized under pressure, and want real responsibility in a team-driven environment. Knowledge of the sport is helpful but not required.
